August 2013: Stopped birth control and started TTC. Didn’t expect much after a lifetime of practically non-existent cycles

October 2013: First RE appointment – Diagnosed “anovulatory”.

November 2013: Clomid 50 mg = Fail. No ovulation.

December 2013: Clomid 100mg = BFN.

January-February 2014: Clomid 150mg = BFP! Betas 7 @ 18dpo, 22 @ 20dpo, 122 @ 24dpo, 160 @ 28dpo. Diagnosed “pregnancy of unknown location” – no gestational sac visualized.

March 2014: Miscarriage #1 at 6 weeks 6 days

April 2014: Femara 5mg = Miscarriage #2 (Chemical pregnancy)

May 2014: Waiting for results of RPL panel (APS and karyotyping) = All normal

June 2014: Gonal F + IUI #1: BFN

July 2014: Gonal F + IUI # 2: BFP! Betas 86 @ 16dpo, 220 @ 18dpo, 2447 @ 25dpo.

August – September 2014: Diagnosed blighted ovum @ 7 weeks. Miscarriage # 3.

October-November 2014: Taking some time to heal, more RPL testing (MTHFR, Factor V, Protein S/C = All normal)

December 2014: Gonal F + IUI #3: BFFN despite 5 mature follicles

April 2015: IVF #1 = 28 eggs retrieved, 27 mature, 16 fertilized, 6 day 5/6 blastocysts, 3 PGS normal embryos!

May-June 2015: FET # 1 (1 transferred) = Miscarriage # 4. Chemical pregnancy.

July-August 2015: Hysteroscopy + mock FET cycle for Yale EFT test

October 2015: FET #2 (2 transferred) = BFN. Out of embryos.

November 2015: Gonal F + IUI #4 = BFN

February 2016: IVF #2 = 27 eggs retrieved, 24 mature, 23 fertilized, 19 day 5-6 blastocysts, 4 PGS normal embryos (Plus 5 inconclusive embryos to be re-tested at a later date)

June 2016: FET #3 (eSET) = BFP
